Bethany Farm and Garden

Bethany Farm and Garden, Wayne county PA

Bethany Farm and Garden has been known to local Wayne County residents for decades. There is no sign on the little white building. You'll recognize it as the only white building with greenhouses next to it on Route 670 heading north out of Bethany.

It was a Case dealership, back in the day. They still have tons of parts for old Case machines behind the counter.

What they have in front of the counter will probably be of more interest to you. Greenhouses filled to capacity with vegetable and herb plants for transplanting into your garden. They have the usual tomato and pepper plants. But what was really interesting was the assortment of herbs. Peppermint, thyme, sage, a variety of basils, dill, cilantro, oregano, lemon balm, marjoram and more.

Lots of annual and perennial flowers in flats, individual pots and pre-planted in large containers of beautiful color combinations. Including lots of colors of New Guinea Impatiens, Petunias and Impatiens.

The Gerbera Daisy and Geranium pots were especially fetching.

If you happen to go by during the late fall or winter you may think they have closed up. They seem to be open seasonally, so call first, 570-253-3794.
